This has enhanced the ability for Autowfix to deliver a consistent customer experience whilst growing the company and ensure that the business can be managed effectively and efficiently.
Each job is allocated and tracked allowing head office to work efficiently booking in customers and ensuring each fit is arranged as soon possible. The system also allows our suppliers to book directly on to the system.
Jobs can be tracked by branch, fitter, date or supplier with mapping technology plotting a geographic schedule for each fitter.
